Yes, we do purchase tools from individuals. At this time however we are only purchasing in person, high volume lots, and in the Northeast USA.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, typical delivery times are:

  • Economy Shipping (5-8 Days) – USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground

  • Expedited Shipping (2-5 Days)- USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground

  • Orders exceeding 20lb – Usually UPS Ground (2-5 Days)

International orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or customer-specified goods
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable — if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
